The handset manufacturer Oppo had launched Oppo F9 Pro last month, during the event the company had also announced Oppo F9. OPPO F9 is priced at Rs 19,990 in the Indian market. The OPPO F9 does not use the VOOC Flash Charge technology. Instead of 6 GB RAM Oppo F9's 4 GB RAM variant is launched. A 16-megapixel rear sensor has been given for photography. Specifications and features have been reduced because of lower cost than Oppo F9 Pro. The price of Oppo F9 Pro in India is Rs 23,990. Design of Oppo F9

In the case of side and size, Oppo F9 and Oppo F9 Pro are both the same. Different finishes have been used for both differences between the two models. This OPPO handset is made of plastic, Oppo F9's biggest display is its display. The Oppo F9 Notch is smaller than other smartphones, the company has named it the waterdrop. A 16-megapixel front camera will be available for selfie and video calling. The earpiece has got a place right above the selfie camera to make Notch small size. Similar can be in the company's Vivo V11 Pro and OnePlus 6T.

In the retail box, you will get a phone cover and a screen protector on the phone first. The body of Oppo F9 has emerged slightly outward. Well, the back panel is plastic but it is looking glass. If the cover is not covered on the back panel, a scratch can easily fall. The power button is on the right, the voice booster and reducing button is given on the left side. When the phone is correctly captured in the hand, the finger reaches the fingerprint sensor on the back panel easily. Horizontal rear camera setup and LED flash just above the fingerprint sensor. This processor has also been used in Realme 1 and recently launched Nokia 5.1 Plus. The battery is 3500 mAh but it is not equipped with fast charging support. We tried to install a VOOC charger in Oppo F9 but it was not charging. The Smart Assistant will open on the right side of the home screen, you will see the search bar, shortcuts for some apps, weather and step counter widgets. Like in the OPPO smartphone, even if the home screen is swipe down, the Universal Search function will open. Many menus and all menu options will be found in the Settings app. We did not see the search function in the app. That means if you want to find a function, you will not be able to search with the help of the search bar. There are already many pre-installed applications on the phone. You will also suggest installing multiple apps in the Oppo App Store. During the review, we found that the default browser sends notifications a few times a day.

Oppo F9 Performance, Battery Life and Camera

The Oppo F9 display is good, things are clearly visible on the screen when the phone is used in the outside light. Compatible Apps Full-Screen mode and non-compatible apps work on 16: 9 aspect ratios. But you also have the option to stretch these apps to fullscreen. The OPPO handset comes with Face Unlock Security, during the review we found that the feature works fast. When we reviewed Oppo F9 Pro, it was slow for us to see the performance of Oppo F9 Pro compared to other smartphones Honor Play and Huawei Nova 3i found in this price segment. The performance of the phone is better because we did not think the phone was slowing down while using the handset.

We played PUBG games in Oppo F9, we would recommend that the phone is placed on the media quality while playing a game. The phone did not slow down but it started to warm up quickly. We noticed that the battery consumption was fast while playing the game. About 20 percent of the battery was shown to be low in about 20 percent. Compared to Oppo F9 Pro, in the HD Video Loop Test, we found that Oppo F9 smartphone gives back up to 14 hours 39 minutes. After playing games, using Whatsapp account and watching online video, the phone gives one-day battery life. Power saving mode is also given to save battery.

The lack of VOOC charging technology can lead to you. In 30 minutes the phone was charged 29 percent and in one hour only 62 percent. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes for the phone to be fully charged. Watermark is the most attractive feature phone in Oppo F9. Oppo has designed the handset better. The battery life and the phone's performance are the best. If the look of the phone is more than specification i.e. design, then the OPPO F9 is for you. On the other hand, phones of other companies in this price segment can be a better deal.
